How YOU CAN HELP US
As you can imagine it takes a lot to keep Girl Pack going. There are lots of things that you can do to help us support the community with their periods.
DONATE MONEY
We appreciate it’s a difficult time for everyone.
Charitable organisations and fundraising are taking a significant hit in the current climate. But we want to reassure you that even very small amounts of cash can directly support our beneficiaries, young women & girls experiencing period poverty. Girl Pack is a volunteer led charity this means that every penny goes directly to projects.
£3 can buy a period pack for someone who needs our help.
DONATE PERIOD PRODUCTS
We gladly accept donations of in date disposable, washable or reusable period products from member of the public, businesses, or product providers. We accept donations of the following products:
• Period pads
• Tampons
• Panty Liners
• Maxi Pads
• Incontinence Pads
• New Knickers
• 50ml Hand Sanitiser
• Intimate wipes
• Menstrual cups
• Reusable pads
• Reusable Period Knickers

We also accept donations of things that we can use for fundraising from small prizes for our ping pong game right up to large items we can auction.
SET UP A DONATION STATION
If you would like to support us by starting your own donation station, please contact us. We would love to set us donation stations across MK and beyond.

We are always looking for fundraising volunteers to help at event across the summer months and to help make packs when the occasion arises. Join our volunteer group on Facebook and contact us to register as a volunteer today.

GIRL PACK PROJECTS
Our aim is to support everyone’s period. We run two projects, the emergency period pack and our pad baskets.
PERIOD PACKS
Our period packs have been designed to cater for everything that would be needed in and emergency.
Each pack contains a full packet of pads, knickers, intimate wipes, and hand sanitiser.
Originally designed for schools they allow for the recipient to fully change if an accident was to occur. This means that you can feel clean and confident and carry on learning or working.
Period Packs are available from partners across
Milton Keynes.
PAD BASKETS
Pad Baskets are for those who only need one pad or tampon at a time. They are available in selected pubs and at Centre: MK. The baskets are a little helping hand for when you are out
and about.
