Supporting Girl Pack

As you can imagine, it takes a lot to keep Girl Pack going. There are many ways you can support us in ensuring the community has access to essential period products. You can donate funds to help us purchase supplies, contribute period products directly, or organise fundraising events to raise awareness and resources. Volunteering your time – whether by helping with distribution, packing period kits, or spreading the word – also makes a huge difference. Additionally, businesses and organisations can partner with us by hosting collection points or sponsoring initiatives to expand our reach. Every contribution, big or small, helps us continue our mission of period dignity for all.

Money Donations

We appreciate it’s a difficult time for everyone.

Charitable organisations and fundraising are taking a significant hit in the current climate. But we want to reassure you that even very small amounts of cash can directly support our beneficiaries, young women & girls experiencing period poverty. Girl Pack is a volunteer led charity this means that every penny goes directly to projects.

Donate Your Time

We are always looking for fundraising volunteers to support us at events throughout the summer months and to assist with making period packs whenever needed. Whether you can help at community fairs, charity stalls, sponsored events, or donation drives, your time and effort will make a real difference in ensuring that everyone has access to essential period products. If you’re interested, join our volunteer group on Facebook to stay updated on upcoming opportunities, or contact us directly to register as a volunteer today.

Donation Stations

Setting up a donation station is simple and a great way to make a real impact in your local community. You can place a collection box in schools, workplaces, community centres, shops, cafés, gyms, or any public space where people can drop off period product donations. We will provide guidance, promotional materials, and ongoing support to help you spread the word and keep your station stocked.

Become A Partner

We rely on volunteers to ensure that essential period products reach those who need them most, whether in schools, community centres, food banks, or other local hubs. By becoming a distribution partner, you’ll play a key role in breaking down barriers to access and ensuring that no one has to struggle to manage their period. Your support will help make period products more accessible, reduce stigma, and promote dignity for all. If you’d like to join our Girl Pack family and be part of this important mission, please get in touch – we would love to have you on board!

Sponsorship

Our projects remain completely free at the point of collection to ensure that everyone who needs support can access it without barriers. However, maintaining this service comes at a cost, and we rely on generous sponsors to help us continue our vital work. To support our mission, we offer a range of sponsorship packages designed for businesses, organisations, and individuals who want to make a meaningful impact.

Girl Pack Projects

Our aim is to ensure that everyone has access to the period products they need, whenever they need them, without financial or social barriers.
We believe that no one should have to struggle through their period due to a lack of supplies, which is why we run two key initiatives: the Emergency Period Pack and our Pad Baskets.

Period Packs

The Emergency Period Pack is designed to provide a discreet, ready-to-use supply of essential period products for anyone caught short or unable to afford them. These packs are distributed through schools, community centres, food banks, and other local hubs, ensuring they are easily accessible when needed.

Period Packs are available from partners across Milton Keynes with each pack contains a full packet of pads, knickers, intimate wipes, and hand sanitiser

Pad Baskets

Our Pad Baskets offer a more sustainable, long-term solution by providing free period products in easily accessible locations such as schools, cafés, workplaces, and public spaces.

These baskets allow individuals to take what they need, when they need it, without judgement or restriction. Both of these projects play a crucial role in breaking down period poverty and ensuring that no one has to face the anxiety of managing their period without the necessary products.
